在ip丝裂霉素C(MMC,5.20 mg·kg~(-1))前24h内将聚肌胞(polv I:C)sc给小鼠,可明显抑制MMC所诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变频率,具有剂量效应关系,Poly I:C(0.50 mg·kg~(-1))sc后4和12h对染色体畸变的抑制作用最强,而polvI:C(0.50 mg·kg~(-1))sc后4 h所取小鼠血清亦具有抑制染色体畸变的作用,结果提示polvI:C和其诱导的小鼠血清均可预防MMC对遗传物质的损伤作用。

本文以小鼠细胞SCE和微核率为指标评价了杏仁对抗肿瘤药环磷酰胺和遗传毒物3-甲基胆蒽诱变性的抑制效应,发现中药杏仁无致突变性,而且,对上述两种强诱变剂均有抑制作用。实验结果说明杏仁对突变具有一定和防护作用,并提示杏仁有望成为肿瘤化疗药物毒副作用的拮抗剂。

It shows that fluoride causes an increase in SCE and also induces cell mitotic delays and decreases mitotic index. SCE frequencies of the workers increases with the length of fluorideexposure period within 10 years, amd SCEs/cell value of the workers begins to decrease after about 10-year-fluoride exposure, because the adaptive mechanism produced in human body exposed to fluoride could protect genetic material from the fluoride damage. Smoking enhances the SCE frequency induced by fluoride, and the longer the period of smoking, the stronger effect of smoking on SCE induction.

研究表明,磷肥生产中向空气排放的氟化氢和四氟化硅可诱发人血淋巴细胞SCE增高,可使细胞有丝分裂指数下降,使细胞分裂周期迟缓。随接触年限的增加,SCE频率提高。然而接触氟空气污染约10年左右,人体对氟损害所产生的适应机制能够显著降低氟对遗传物质所造成的损伤。吸烟可加重氟化物对SCE的诱发,且吸烟年限越长,这种效应就越显著。
