A new multi- function and automatic control system for photoelectric slitter is introduced.The sys- tem is implemented by means of fuzzy control with multi- regulating factors.The method is a better solution for problems of adaptive control for object with features of uncertainty and complexity as well as precise control by fuzzy control.In the end of the paper,practicality of the method and photoelectric controller that is devel- oped by the method and used in rectifying control of slitting package film is testified by curves tested in control process and practical use.

本文介绍一种采用多调整因子模糊控制方法实现的新型多功能全自动光电分条机纠偏控制系统。采用该方法 ,较好地解决了具有不确定性和复杂特性对象的适应控制和模糊控制用于较高精度控制的问题。最后 ,通过在光电纠偏控制器上的实际应用及其实测的控制过程曲线证明了其实用性。

This paper introduces a new multi-function and automatic control system for photoelectric slitter implemented by using method of multi-regulating factor fuzzy control. The method is mainly used in rectifying control of slitting package film. It is testified in practical application that the method is a better solution for problems of adaptive control for object with features of uncertainty and complexity as well as precise control by fuzzy control.

介绍一种采用多调整因子模糊控制方法实现的新型多功能全自动光电分条机控制系统。该方法主要用于包装膜的分条纠偏控制 ,较好地解决了具有不确定性和复杂特性对象的适应控制问题 ,又较好地解决了模糊控制用于较高精度控制的问题。并得到实际应用验证
