The simultaneous determination of the common trace elements (Mn, Fe, Si, Ni, Zn, Mg, Al) in copper and copper alloys was investigated by the using HC1-HNO3-HF to treat the samples and analyzed by ICP. Two pure copper and six copper alloy standard samples were analyzed by this method. The data of accuracy and precision show that this method is satisfactory. The problem of lower Si determination value, which is caused by undisssolved silicon, when using HCl-HNO3to treat the samples was solved.

用HCl—HNO_3—HF处理纯铜和铜合金样品,用电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP法)对纯铜和铜合金样品中常见的锰、铁、硅、镍、锌、镁、铝等7个元素同时测定,取得了较好的结果。解决了用HCl—HNO_3处理铜样品时由于酸不溶性硅而使硅的测定结果偏低的问题。用本法对2个纯铜标样和6个铜合金标样进行了分析,其准确度和精密度数据令人满意。

In this paper the determination of titanium, zirconium, cerium, silicon in the aluminium alloys by ICP-AES was suggested. The recovery was 95%-106%with relative standard deviation 1.2%-8%, when the content determined was in the range of 0.x%-0.0x%.The results for determination of mentioned elements in some aluminium alloy standard samples by entitled method hare demonstrated that this method has high accuracy and precision. It could be used in routine analysis operated easily and rapidly.

本文采用ICP-AES法测定了铝合金中钛、锆、铈、铁、硅,其测定含量在0.x%~0.0x%之间,回收率一般为95%~106%,相对标准偏差1.2%~8%。所拟定的分析方法,经几种铝合金标准样品验证,其准确度和精密度较高。符合日常分析的要求。分析速度简便快速。

用Ag_2S和CuS以8∶1(或14∶3)的比混合物做为活性物质,用邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)为增塑剂。首次研制了非均相PVC膜铜离子选择性电极,电极的能斯特响应范围为5.0×10 ̄(-6)~1.0×10 ̄(-2)mol·L ̄(-1),平均斜率为30mV/PCU(25℃),电极的重现性和稳定性都比较好,电极的寿命可达三个月。用试制的PVC膜铜离子选择性电极测定了铜合金中铜的含量与经典法碘量法所得结果相吻合,还用试制的电极测定了标准精镁试样中微量铜的含量与标准值一致。
