A colormetric method for the determination of potency in the fermentation broth was done as a dark blue material by reacting with anisaldehyde sulphric acid. In certain range, the potency of Hainanmycin was linear with the degree of colour. The result showed that this method was rapid, simple and had good repeatability.

海南霉素在加热条件下能与茴香醛浓硫酸溶液反应产生深蓝色物质,在一定浓度范围内海南霉素效价与颜色深浅程度呈线性关系。所以比色法可以测定发酵液中海南霉素效价。此法快速,简便,重现性好。

OBJECTIVE:A rotatory method was established for determination of potency of low concentration streptomycin sulfate examination injection.METHOD:The rotatory method was compared with colorimetric analysis.RESULTS:The results obtained from samples by rotatory method showed good agreement with those obtained by coloremetric analysis.CONCLUSION:The rotatory method is simple,rapid and accurate,it is suitable for determination of potency of low concentration streptomycin sulfate.

Results The neutralizing ratio of PMB to endotoxin as assessed by biosensor technology was 0.35 μg to 1 ng , while that by dynamic turbidimetric and chromogenic limulus amebocyte lysate(LAL) technique was 0.5mg to 1ng and 1mg to 1 ng, respectively. The results obtained by biotechnology were similar to that by biosensor technique. Conclusion Biosensor technology was an accurate, convenient and rapid method for the determination of potency of endotoxin-neutralizing materials.

目的 探讨用生物传感技术测定多粘菌素B(PMB)中和内毒素活性物质能力的可行性。 方法 将PMB与一定浓度的内毒素混合后 ,分别用生物传感技术和鲎试验法测定PMB中和内毒素能力的比值 ,同时与用生物学法检测的结果进行比较。 结果 用生物传感技术测定PMB中和内毒素能力的比值为 0 .35 μg∶1ng,动态浊度法为 0 .5mg∶1ng、基质显色法为 1.0mg∶1ng,生物学测定结果与生物传感技术测定结果相同。 结论 应用生物传感技术对PMB中和内毒素活性物质的能力进行测定 ,方便、快速、准确 ,具有实用价值。
