To investigate the improvement actions of Tongzhiling Oral Liquid on learning dysmnesia of juvenile animals, two models of learning dysmnesia and avoiding opearation injury ofjuvenile rats have been established by maximum electric shock and some chemical reagent,respectively, after juvenile rats were trained through Morris water labyrinth to acquire information. As a result, 5. 0-10. 0g/kg(ig) of Tongzhiling Oral Liquid showed strong antistatic action on spatial learning memory injury of juvenile rats induced by maximum electric shock and could improve their retrograde amnesia, 6. 0 - 12. 0g/ kg (ig) could reverse bad memory acquirement of juvenile rats induced by scopalamine and improve memory consolidation disturbance and memory defect of juvenile rats induced by sodium nitrite and alcohol, respectively. It is considered that Tangzhiling Oral Liquid has significant improvement actions on learning memory injury of juvenile animals induced by electric shock and different chemical reagents.

采用morris水迷宫训练大鼠获取信息后,经最大电休克致其学习记忆障碍和采用不同化学制剂造成小鼠回避操作损害两种模型,观察童智灵口服液对动物学习记忆障碍的改善作用。结果表明ig5.0-10.0g/kg童智灵口服液能明显对抗最大电休克致大鼠空间学习记忆损害,改善其逆行性遗忘。ig6.0-12.0g/kg童智灵口服液,能逆转东莨菪碱造成小鼠记忆获得不良,改善亚硝酸钠引起小鼠记忆巩固障碍及乙醇造成小鼠记忆缺损.可以认为,童智灵口服液对电击和不同化学制剂造成动物学习记忆损伤均具有显著改善作用。

AIM To study the effects of yunpi complex erbao granules on gut hormones in juvenile animal model with anorexia. METHODS Model was established by imitating the major cause of children anorexia. Cholocystokinin-octapeptide (CCK-8) and beta-endorphin(β-EP) concentration in hypothalamus, antrum pyloricum and plasma of animals were examined by radioimmunoassay.RESULTS CCK-8 concentration in hypothalumus and plasma of the model group rose up to (123±32)pmol· g -1 and (507±113)ng·L -1 which were more than control group: (89±18)pmol· g -1 and (254±95)ng·L -1(P<0.05). Compared with (6.3±1.4)μg·g -1 and (10.2±4.9)ng·L -1 of control group,β-EP concentration in antrum pyloricum and plasma of the model group declined to (1.4±0.6)μg·g -1 and (6.3±1.7)ng·L -1(P<0.05). These things got better in two treatment groups. CONCLUSION Yunpi complex was effective on decreasing CCK-8 and increasing β-EP secretion in the model.

目的 研究运脾复方对小儿厌食症动物模型胃肠激素的影响 ,探讨运脾复方治疗小儿厌食症的机制 .方法 模拟小儿厌食症的主要病因制作幼龄大鼠厌食模型 ,用运脾复方儿宝颗粒灌胃 ,用放免分析法测定模型下丘脑、胃窦部和外周血 CCK- 8和 β- EP的含量 .结果 模型动物下丘脑和血浆CCK- 8浓度 (12 3± 32 ) pmol· g- 1 和 (5 0 7± 113) ng· L- 1 ,高于对照组的 (89± 18) pmol· g- 1和 (2 5 4± 95 ) ng· L- 1 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;模型动物胃窦部和血浆β- EP浓度 (1.4± 0 .6 )μg· g- 1和 (6 .3± 1.7) ng· L- 1 ,低于对照组的 (6 .3± 1.4) μg· g- 1 和(10 .2± 4.9) ng· L- 1 (P<0 .0 5 ) .运脾复方治疗组 CCK- 8恢复正常 ,β- EP浓度显著增加 .结论 儿宝颗粒能明显抑制模型动物中枢和外周 CCK- 8分泌 ,促进 β- EP分泌 ,从而达到促进动物摄食的目的
