In order to investigate the 3 dimensional morphological changes of the intermingled skin grafts and to differentiate between auto and heine-grafts in extensive burn patients, a retrospective study of paraffin sections of 40 biopsies by means of scanning electron microscope was made. The stereoscopic structure of the homograft was different from that of the autograft. In order to investigate the 3 dimensional morphological changes of the intermingled skin grafts and to differentiate between auto and heine-grafts in extensive burn patients, a retrospective study of paraffin sections of 40 biopsies by means of scanning electron microscope was made. The stereoscopic structure of the homograft was different from that of the autograft. The topographical changes of the intermingled skin graft varied with the time of transplantation, presence or absence of rejection reaction and its severity. The severity of rejection reaction of the intermingled Skin graft was usually much milder than the simple homograft transplantation. Collagen fibers of the homograft were varying in thickness, irregularly arranged and distributed. The fine connecting fibers between the collagen fiber bundles were decreased. The collagen fibers of the autograft were thin, immature and persisted for a long time (as long as 258 days). The rejection reaction cells of the homograft were lymphocytes, macrophages and irregular-shaped cells (transformed lymphocytes).

本文采用石腊切片法制备扫描电镜标本,对正常皮肤和大面积烧伤混合植皮的40个皮肤活检标本进行了回顾性扫描电镜观察。混合植皮皮片的改变,随移植时间长短和排异反应有无和轻重而不同。混合植皮异体皮排异反应的程度远较单纯异体植皮为轻。异体真皮胶元纤维可出现粗细不等,分布不均和排列紊乱等改变。自体侧真皮胶元纤维纤细,主要由未成熟胶元纤维所组成,持续时间久长(258天)。异体皮排异反应细胞主要为淋巴细胞,巨噬细胞及形状不规则的转化的淋巴细胞。

A new reaction cell and a new technological procedure have been designed. The difficulties in growing diamond single crystal, such as the controlling of pressure and temperature, nucleation number, growth rate, have preliminarily been resolved. As a result, in a shorter period of time a certain amount of larger diamond single crystals of good quality have been grown.

(2)The size of Nucleus Ruber of senescence rats reduced, number of the positive reaction cells in the Nucleus Ruber decreased, activity of AChE declined obviously, but the gray value of the image analysis system had no marked change, in addition the size of cells of AChE positive reaction did not decrease. (3)The size of substantia nigra had no any change with ageing, but the activity of AChE in substantia nigra reduced with aging especially in the compact zone of substantia nigra. The changes metioned above were analysed and discussed in this article.

应用图像分析仪对不同月龄大鼠中脑红核和黑质的形态及乙酰胆硷酯酶(AChE)活性的定量分析发现:(1)红核内有大量中等度AChE活性细胞;衰老时红核体积缩小,AChE阳性细胞数目减少,活性也明显下降,但灰度值并无明显改变,残余AChE阳性细胞体积并不变小。(2)黑质体积不因衰老而改变,AChE活性却随衰老而减低,尤其是致密部。
