Morphological characterization of epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus specific inclusion bodies were carried out by both ordinary electron microscope and thin section immunoelectron microscope.Three morphological types inclusion bodies observed: filamentous-granular,loose granular and dense inclusion body. The possible relationship among the inclusion bodies and their bearing to virus morphogenesis are discussed.

Morphological characterization of virus granulation was studed by transmission electron microscope after infection of Vero cell by Lassa virus in vitro.
