Nano-Al 2O 3-reinfored polyamide composites (PA6 /Al 2 O 3) were prepared via in-situ polymerization. The effects of the content of n ano-particles and wear condition on the tribological properties of the composit es were measured using an MM-200 block on ring wear tester. The wearing surface was viewed with scanning electronic microscope and metallurgical microscope and the wearing mechanism was proposed. It was found that nano-Al 2O 3 improved the wear resistance of monomer casting polyamide...

The wearing surface was viewed with scanning electronic microscope and metallurgical microscope and the wearing mechanism was proposed. It was found that nano-Al 2O 3 improved the wear resistance of monomer casting polyamide with the optimal content of nan o-Al 2O 3 being 3 wt%. With the increase of load, the wear rate of PA6/Al 2O 3 i ncreased slowly while its friction coefficient decreased gradually. However, the friction coefficient of the composite was a little larger than that of neat mon omer casting polyamide.

通过原位聚合制备了纳米Al2 O3 增强单体浇铸聚酰胺复合材料 (简称PA6/Al2 O3 )。在磨损试验机上考察了纳米粒子含量和试验条件对其摩擦性能的影响 ,并利用扫描电子显微镜对其摩擦性能和磨损机制进行了考察。分析结果表明 :纳米Al2 O3 填料可提高单体浇铸PA6的耐磨性 ,其含量在 3 %左右时增强效果最好 ;随着载荷的增加 ,PA6/Al2 O3 的磨损率平缓增大 ,而摩擦系数逐渐减小 ,其摩擦系数值较单体浇铸PA6的摩擦系数稍大。

In recent years, artificial bone replacement and graft substitutes have attracted increasing interest for their potential applications and advantages in bone tissue engineering. This review introduces some bone replacement and graft materials, such as polymer, ceramic, metal, bionic nano-hydroxyapatite / collagen and nano-hydroxyapatite / polyamide composites. It is pointed out that the bionic bone as replacement and graft biomedical material is the trend in bone disease treatment in the future.

人工骨修复材料在骨组织工程中具有许多潜在的用途和优势,近年来引起了许多研究人员的关注。本文介绍了用于骨组织修复的高分子材料、陶瓷材料、金属材料以及仿生纳米羟基磷灰石/胶原和纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺等复合材料,指出仿生骨生物医用修复材料是今后该领域的发展趋势。
