Contrasuppressor T cells (TCS) take part in immunoreglation by rendering T help cells re-sistant to the effects of suppressor cells.It was found that both human and mouse TCS expressreceptor for vicia villola letcin (VVR).Human effective TCS are mainly CD8VV~+ T subsetswhich are closely associated with abnormalities of immune activity of many diseases.By usingroutine and double immunofluorescent labelling techniques combined with flow cytometry,dif-ferentVV~+ subsets were analysed.A significant increase was observed for CD8VV~+ cells in ac-tive SLE (23.6%)as compared with the control group (8.5%) and the SLE patients in remis-sion (14.49%).The percentage of CD4VV~+ subset,however,was unchanged.Moreover,thetypical contrasuppressive activities exerted by VV~+ cells,which were also increased significantlyin active SLE patients,were detected in SLE in a dose—dependent manner.In an experimentwith PPD—induced lymphoproliferation as indicating system,for example,the relative respons-es were observed to be increased doses in from 100% to 485% and 625% after the VV~+ cellswere added back in increased doses,suggesting that the contrasuppressive VV~+ or CD8VV~+cells were added back in increased doses,suggesting that the contrasuppressive VV~+ or CD_8VV~+cells Were closely related to the immune disorders of SLE.

反抑制T 细胞(TCS)借助T 辅助细胞对抗T 抑制细胞的抑制效应,参与免疫调节。小鼠和人体的TCS 都表达长绒毛野豌豆凝集素受体(VV—R)。人体TCS 则主要是CD_8~+VV~+T 亚群,和临床多种疾病免疫功能异常密切相关。本文用抗VV 抗体单色和双色免疫荧光法和流式法细胞术(FCM)测知正常人VV~+T 亚群的比例是16.6±2.9%。用FCM 双色免疫荧光法检测到活动期SLE 患者CD_8VV~+亚群百分比高达23.63%和对照组(8.50%)及稳定期(14.49%)相比差异显著。然而CD_4~+VV~+亚群在三组SLE 中基本不变。进一步深入分析是做有关CD_8VV~+T 细胞亚群的功能测定,证实活动性SLE 患者VV~+T 细胞具有比正常个体高得多的反抑制活性,相对反应值从100%提高到485%和625%。提示CD_(?)VV~+细胞和SLE 免疫调节功能紊乱密切相关。

In this paper,we pospectively investigated the possibility of using acetate-free dialysate in bicarbonate hemodialysis instead of routine hemodialysis. Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 18 patients were acetate-use-hemodialysis(AHD) and 18 patients were acetate-free dialysate-use-hemodialysis(AFHD). The results suggested;① In AFHD,all the patients felt well and no one felt weak;②There was no significant differenc in creatinine,MMS and β_2-M between AHD and AFHD and no significant difference in KT/V,...

TNF was significant increased after the end of dialysis session in AHD(P<0. 05) but had no change in FAHD. There was no significant difference in TGF-β between AHD and AFHD. AHD CD_4~+ was significant increased at the end of dialysis session (P<0. 05) and CD_6~+ had no change. AFHD CD_4~+ had no change but CD_4~+ was significant decreased at the end of dialysis observed. From these results we can conclude that acetate-dialysate can stimulate the synthesis of the TNF, IL- 6. And T help cell may be very closed to some cytokines. We highly recommended using AFHD to take the place of AHD in patients with chronic renal failure.

本文对18例常规透析患者进行了无醋酸盐透析(AFHD)治疗研究,并以同期18例醋酸盐透析(AHD)患者作为对照组。结果表明,AFHD对中小分子物质以及β_2-m的清除与AHD比较无差异(P>0.05).应用KT/V,PCR,TACurca评价透析效果,证明透析充分.AHD后TNF及IL-6基因表达显著高于AFHD,TGF-β组间无差异,AHD后CD_4升高,而AFHD后CD_(?)降低。两组患者透析后SOD均降低。AFHD对磷的清除、无低氧血症,以及纠正代谢性酸中毒均优于AHD,副作用少.

淋巴细胞经刺激后分泌一种多肽类物质,这种细胞因子被称为淋巴抑瘤素。在体外培养中发现不同来源的肿瘤细胞对淋巴抑瘤素的敏感性是不同的,表现为三种类型:强反应株,此类细胞对其抑瘤效应反应强烈,抑制率达90%以上;弱反应株,此类细胞的抑制率在70%左右;另一类为负反应株,此类细胞对淋巴抑瘤素不但不表现出抑瘤效应,反而出现助长肿瘤细胞生长的效应。由于体外测定中有上述现象,所以建议在体内应用这类细胞因子时,应像抗菌素测抗菌谱一样测定其抗瘤谱,以利于对症用药。
