The national primary standard for magnetic flux and its transfer apparatus described in this paper has been developed at NIM in 1986. A new Campbell coil was construced. The measurement of the coil geometrical parameter is achieved by the method of direct comparison with the wavelength of a laser beam via an interferometer. The magnetic flux standard is adjusted accurately by means of the differential method. At last, the value of standard coil constant with 9.99946 mH has been obtained according to its...

The national primary standard for magnetic flux and its transfer apparatus described in this paper has been developed at NIM in 1986. A new Campbell coil was construced. The measurement of the coil geometrical parameter is achieved by the method of direct comparison with the wavelength of a laser beam via an interferometer. The magnetic flux standard is adjusted accurately by means of the differential method. At last, the value of standard coil constant with 9.99946 mH has been obtained according to its geometrical and physical parameter by means of accurate calculation and correction. Its uncertainty is less than 5 ×10-6.Both the differential ballistic method and the method of direct current comparator are adopted to measure the magnetic flux constant in this transfer apparatus. The second method has the advantages of Higher measurement accuracy and stability, and low temperature effect. The uncertainty of the transfer apparatus is less than 3×10-5.

本文叙述我国磁通基准及其传递装置的研制情况。磁通基准采用康贝尔线圈结构,借助以激光波长为标准的直接比较法和四倍频计数的激光干涉仪精确测定其几何参数,并用微差法对基准器进行精密调试,最后根据线圈的几何参数及物理参数经过精确计算和修正得到基准的线圈常数值为9.99946mH,其不确定度小于5×10~(-6)。 传递装置采用差值冲击补偿法和磁势平衡电流比测量法,后者具有准确度高、稳定性好及温度影响小等优点。装置的传递不确定度小于3×10~(-5)。

Studies on treating ammonia water in centrifugal mass transfer apparatus are repered.The gde pressure drop in this process and the mass transfer performance have been analysed.Effects of ammonia concentration in original water,ratio of gas and liquid and speed of rotation on stripping ratio are also shown.Application of centrifugal(mass transfer apparatus in stripping is proposed.
