In proceeding ferment cultivation, in the sugar for bio-synthesis polysaccharide transited from cultive medium as monosaccharide and oligosaccharide. There was the bio-synthesis in these hyphea. The monosaccharide and oligosaccharlde in fresh hyphea might be translated into synthesizing polysaccharide,but the total sugar content did not change.

本文采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸为显色剂进行比色,测定隐孔菌不同发酵培养的菌丝及野生隐孔菌的糖类成分,结果表明玉术粉或马铃薯发酵培养基培养的隐孔菌菌丝多糖含量(分别为21.48%和21.58%)均高于野生隐孔菌(17.45%)(P<0.05),但发酵培养的菌丝间多糖含量无明显差异(P>0.05);发酵培养过程中多糖合成是在菌丝中进行,而培养基以还原糖和低聚糖的形式向菌丝中运输;新鲜菌丝在烘干过程中菌丝中还原糖和低聚糖向多糖转化,但总含量不变。

In mixed catalyst system of concentrated sulphuric acid phenol the mass fraction of sulphuric acid was 6%, the liquefaction effect of the wastes was the best at 160℃ and 70min. The analysis results using the instruments of infrared spectrum (IR) and GC-MS showed that the vibration of methyl and submethy radical group in the hiquefaction products was strengthened, and there existed the derivatives of single glucose of wheat grass cellulose, and that the crystalline structure of the wastes was destroyed in the liquefaction. Thus the prohibition of biological utilization was broken, and could be utilized easily by microbe. Pure protein by using utilizing the liquefaction products for ferment cultivation of the mixed strains, pure protein content could reach 30.74%; and the alcohol content could reach 19.0%(V/V).

对纤维类废弃物热化学催化液化反应各反应物的用量比例、反应条件进行优化,并初步测定了最优条件下液化产物的组分.结果表明,纤维类废弃物在浓硫酸/苯酚(浓硫酸的质量分数为6%)的混合催化体系中,当温度为160℃,时间为70min时的液化效果最好.气相色谱-质谱联用仪和红外光谱仪的分析结果表明,液化产物中甲基和亚甲基等基团的振动加强,以及存在麦草纤维素的单体葡萄糖的衍生物,液化反应破坏了纤维类废弃物的晶格结构,从而打破了生物利用的禁锢,使其易被微生物降解.利用液化产物进行混合菌株发酵培养,其真蛋白含量可达到30.74%;其酒精含量可达到19.0%(V/V).

Karst.It has the function of edible and medicine.In this paper we summarized the present situation of Armillariella tabescens research,including its nomination,classification,bionomics,chemical composition such as Armillarisinum A,Armillariella glycoconjugate,ferment cultivation which included solid fermentation and liquid fermentation,biological function which included antiinflammation,radiation protection,raising leucocyte,anti-tumor and reinforcing immunity etc.We also looked forward to the research tendency of Armillariella tabescens,expecting offer relevant reference to the future exploitation and research.
