According to the analysis of a large number of data, the effects of heat-decom-opsition parameters on particle size ors pacific surface of nickel powder produced were studied in detail and thereby the rule of powder manufacture under the heat-decomposition of Ni(CO)4 in gaseous phase was clarified. In this paper the effect of heat-decomposing temperature, N2/Ni(CO)4 (dilute ratio) and H2 content in dilute gas on the content of carbon and oxygen in nickel powder was studied as well.

本文叙述了采用连续喷雾碳化和喷雾干燥工艺(简称“双喷”工艺)生产超细碳酸钙(平均粒径为0.03—0.07μm)。通过喷雾干燥,可使碳酸钙表观团粒微细化(本产品表观团粒的平均粒径为12μm)。同时,由于在喷雾过程中活化剂能充分分散乃至汽化,所以粒子表面活化均匀。将这种工艺生产的“奥特钙”粉25份加入硬 PVC 塑料中,硬 PVC 塑料的冲击强度提高59%。文中还讨论了碳酸钙表面“润湿”活化机理。
