In order to meet the requirements of dynamic measurements of release heat, temperature and pressure in the experimental research on combustion, a measurement system was developed. First, based on a theoretical analysis of the chemical reaction process and physical phenomena of the C nH m fuel combustion, a non contact dynamic measurement of release heat in the process of combustion was realized by using photo electric sensor technology. Second, according to the dynamic characteristics of the thermocouple obtained by author's detailed study, the measurement of dynamic temperature was perfected by using the principle of double thermocouple frequency spectrum compensation. Third, a practical way of measuring dynamic pressure was adopted. Last, the paper introduced the structure characteristics and calibration of the system. Test results show that the system contains the features of multiparameter measurements, stable characteristics and being quick in dynamic response, which makes it possible that the system can be widely applied to the experimental research on combustion and industrial process monitoring.

为了满足动态燃烧试验对燃烧过程中燃烧放热量、温度、压力多参数动态测量的要求,研制了一套燃烧动态测试系统。首先从理论上分析了碳氢燃料燃烧时的化学反应过程与物理现象,采用光电传感技术,实现了对动态燃烧过程放热量的非接触式测量;其次运用动态理论详细研究了热电偶的动态特性,完善了用双丝频谱补偿法测量动态温度的方法;最后选择了合理的动态压力的测量方案。同时介绍了该系统的结构及工作特点、系统的动态联调结果等。试验表明了测试该系统具有所测参数多、工作性能稳定、动态响应快等特点,可广泛应用于动态与稳态燃烧试验研究或工业过程监控测量中

The image grabbing, processing and analyzing software of double bytes has been developed by the use of Visual C++ and C++ Builder, and the facility of anti-radiation for CCD is set up. The experiments show that the used technology is reasonable, and the destination of design is arrived at and the image quality can be matched with similar device at abroad.

成像系统是中子照相装置的关键组件之一。采用6LiFZnS(Ag)材料中子转换屏、长焦距、小视场专用微光镜头等光学组件,利用科学级CCD芯片、两级热电偶制冷技术、14bit模数转换技术研制了数字CCD摄像机,采用VisulaC++和C++Builder为工具,开发了双字节图像采集处理分析软件包,并设计了成像系统辐射防护装置,构成了热中子数字成像系统。实验证明:所采用的技术路线是合理的,达到了设计目的,成像质量可以与国外类似装置相媲美。

According to the temperature parameters of growth system for semiconductor thin film,a method to calibrate the thin film growth temperature by ECR-PEMOCVD based on double thermocouple is introduced.Experiment data shows that environmental temperature is different from ones of sample tray.The cleaning of hydrogen and nitrogen ECR plasma on sapphire substrates are carried out in the calibrated temperature system and evaluated by analyzing RHEED image in ECR-PEMOCVD system.

通过简单叙述Ⅲ族GaN基氮化物薄膜,以及了解半导体薄膜生长系统的温度变化情况重要性,提出了基于双热电偶校准薄膜生长装置ECR-PEMOCVD温度的方法。试验表明,置放样品的托盘温度(薄膜的生长的真实温度)与生长环境温度(设定温度)是不一样的,两者的差异甚至很大。最后讨论了在经过校温的系统上进行蓝宝石衬底的氢氮等离子体清洗实验,并通过RHEED图像评价清洗结果质量。
