    The present paper has studied the applications of Graphite-Copper non-symmetrical contactors in DW_(10-400) frame-type circuit breakers and analyzed their economic results. It has shown that ths performance of Graphite-Copper non-symmetrical contactors is superior to that of Ag-W self-matching contactors and completely satisfied for technical requirements of electrical products. As compared with conventional contactors silver by 50% can be saved.

    In order to prepare graphite/copper composites with excellent mechanical properties, a traditional powder metallurgy (PM) method was adopited with large granularity graphites of 295 μm and 495 μm respectively. The mass fraction of C in pantograph slider samples was raised to 8% for the first time.     In order to prepare graphite/copper composites with excellent mechanical properties, a traditional powder metallurgy (PM) method was adopited with large granularity graphites of 295 μm and 495 μm respectively. The mass fraction of C in pantograph slider samples was raised to 8% for the first time. The influences of compacting pressure, sintering time and sintering temperature on its tensile strength and impact toughness were analyzed. Effects of graphite granularity and coppercoated graphite on its performance were also investigated. Results showed that increasing the pressure, its ultimate tensile strength increases. Lengthening sintering time, leads to the decrease of ultimate tensile strength. Too high or too low sintering temperature is harmful to its tensile strength and impact toughness. Graphite particle size affects the properties magnificently. Coppercoated graphite can improve the sintering process of copper matrix pantograph slider, increase its ultimate tensile strength and impact toughness, but doesn't change its fracture mechanism.

    为了制备具有优良力学性能的C/Cu复合材料,采用传统的粉末冶金(PM)方法,首次将受电弓滑板中C的质量分数提高到8%(石墨粒径为295μm和495μm),分析了压制压力、保温时间和烧结温度对其抗拉强度和冲击韧性的影响,研究了石墨粒径和镀铜石墨对受电弓滑板材料性能的影响.研究结果表明:增大压制压力,可提高铜基受电弓滑板材料最终烧结件的抗拉强度;延长烧结保温时间,则降低烧结件的抗拉强度;烧结温度过高或过低对烧结件抗拉强度和冲击韧性不利;石墨粒径对铜基受电弓滑板材料性能的影响很大;石墨表面镀铜,可改善铜基受电弓滑板材料的烧结过程,提高其抗拉强度和冲击韧性,但是不改变材料的断裂机制.
