The K-8602 strain of rabbit hemorrhagic fever virus can agglutinate evidently A, O, B and AB type of human red cells in 0.01 M PBS (pH 6.4-8.4) and physiological saline but can't agglutinate those of chicken, pig and rabbit, etc. Its agglutinating ability can be inhibited by relevant immune serum prepared from rabbit. Under the room temperature and 4°C, the A or O type of red cells in PBS (pH 7.0-8.4) and physiological saline were agglutinated by the virus, but after an appropriate period at 37°C virus were liberated and the cells recovered their suspension stability, however they were agglutinated again at 4°C. The agglutinated B or AB type cells not revealed this virus-liberation phenomenon. According to the absorption-liberation principle, A type cells were used to absorption and purification of the virus.

兔出血热病毒k—8602株在pH6.4~8.4的0.01M PBS和生理盐水中,对人的A、O、B、AB型红细胞有明显的凝集作用,并可被相应的兔免疫血清所抑制;而对鸡、猪、兔等的红细胞不凝集。该病毒在室温和4℃条件下,在pH7.0~8.4 PBS和生理盐水中对A型、O型红细胞凝集之后,在37℃下又释放出来,在4℃下又重新凝集,而对B、AB型红细胞则没有这种现象。根据吸附—释放原理,利用A型红细胞吸附提纯了病毒。

The hypothermic effect of Kangli San(KLS) on the model of rabbit viral hyperpyrexia caused by rabbit hemorrhagic fever virus was studied.Intraperitoneal injection of 200% KLS(4g/kg) could inhibit the pyrogenic action of the virus efficiently.The results showed that KLS could decrease the function of pyrogenic transmitters such as PGE2 and cAMP etc.in cerebrospinal fluid.

用兔出血热病毒(RHFV)造成家兔病毒性发热模型,观察抗戾散的退热作用。结果表明:家兔腹腔注射1:50的RHFV1ml后20~24h开始发热,直肠温度升高1.5℃~2.5℃,发热持续5~7h。腹腔注射200%抗戾散(4g/kg体重)可以有效地抑制实验家兔的发热效应,并能降低其脑脊液前列腺素E2和环核苷酸等发热介质,与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。提示抗戾散不仅有抗病毒作用,而且还能通过多种途径作用在体温调节中枢发生退热降温效应。

Conclusion: XNJI can effectively decrease febrile index and PGE2, cAMP in cerebrospinal fluid of rabbits with hyperpyrexia caused by RHFV.

目的:探讨醒脑静治疗病毒性发热的中枢机理。方法:用兔出血热病毒造成家兔病毒性高热模型,观察醒脑静的退热效应及对中枢发热介质的影响。结果:(1)在注射醒脑静后24小时左右动物开始发热,直肠温度升高1.5℃~2.5℃。醒脑静组较模型组提前2~3小时降至39℃以下。(2)醒脑静组高热持续时间及发热指数较模型组明显缩短,P<0.01。(3)醒脑静组在注射醒脑静后,随着热度下降,脑脊液中PGE_2和cAMP含量明显下降,与模型组比较P<0.01。结论:醒脑静注射液能有效降低兔出血热病毒家兔高热模型的发热指数,降低脑脊液前列腺素E_2和环核苷酸发热介质。
