The synthesis of sodium (ammonium) glutamate N-dithiocarbamate (GDTC), its analytical chemistry properties, together with the determination of stabi- lity constants of some GDTC complexes and thir applications in complexome- try are presented in this paper. From experiments mentioned above, it is pointed out that the solubility in water, stability of the complexes formed by GDTC with corresponding metal-ions and the masking ability of the agent are all superior to the same type of dithiocarbamic acids...

This paper compares the physical chemistry properties and the casting practice of No. 30 slag with the graphite slag (L(131).

本文对30号合成保护渣与石墨渣L_(131)的物化性能及浇注实践,进行了对比分析.使用容重轻、气孔率高,因而具有良好绝热保温特性的膨胀蛭石粉作30号合成渣的基本原料,能有效地弥补一般低碳保护渣保温性能差的缺点.膨胀蛭石粉中含有适量的MgO,因此30号渣在吸收夹杂物后粘度比较稳定,30号渣浇钢三万多吨的实践证明,用30号渣保护浇注,钢锭表面质量显著提高.钢锭修磨工作量较石墨渣L_(131)减少50%以上,基本解决了增碳问题,冷弯不合格的试样较石墨渣L_(131)减少47.5%.由于粉渣良好的绝热保温性能,钢板的分层产品减少40%.文章最后还根据大量的浇注试验,对影响中心增碳及表层增碳的因素及机理进行了分析探讨.

作者在分析目前国内应用的保温冒口套物化性能与工艺特点的基础上,结合各类合金对冒口保温材料的性能要求,经优化工艺,研制出一种“空心微珠保温冒口套”.通过两年来的生产实践表明:这种保温冒口套的保温性能优良,一般可使铸钢件工艺出品率提高到70—85%,保温冒口套强度大(>2.5MPa)、耐火度高(>1600℃)、适用于各类铸造合金;保温冒口套易成型,操作使用方便,浇注时不产生烟、气、味,清理时不粘附铸件,呈块状脱落,不污染型砂;保温材料来源广、制品成本低,铸造厂使用后具有明显的技术、经济效益.
