Improving manufactuing techniques should be started with controlling interface reaction and fining the structure of the composites.

利用挤压铸造技术制备了Al2O3/Al-Si合金复合材料,分析和研究了复合材料的组织、界面和断口形貌.分析结果表明,复合材料的组织细小,纤维分布均匀,氧化铝纤维可作为硅相非自发形核衬底;氧化铝纤维与铝合金基体之间的界面对材料性能影响很大.复合材料断口形貌的观察结果也表明材料的凝固组织和界面是影响材料性能的重要因素,而这些因素受制备工艺的控制.改善制备工艺应从控制界面反应和细化组织着手.

我国食用菌覆土历史流长,食用菌履土机制理论日益丰富,栽培技术日臻完善。食用菌覆土技术广泛地应用在食用菌生产上,表现出优良的生物学效应,促进生长效应、后动效应与优质效应,有效地增加菇的产量,一般增产20—40%,有些菇类增产200%以上,显示出很好的经济效益、社会效益及广阔的应用前景。

This paper studied the effects of different culture techniques to the output, quality and contamination of sacked pleurotus in later stage of growth. The results showed that casing technique can accelerate growth and improve quality and increase output of pleurotus. The output had been increased by 50%. We consider that application of casing technique has wide prospect.

研究了袋栽平菇生长后期4种不同栽培技术对其产量、品质及污染的影响。结果表明,脱袋覆土式栽培效果最好,可促进平菇的生长效应、后劲效应与优质效应,出菇早,转潮快,污染少,子实体丛多,一般增产50%左右,显示出最佳的经济效益和广阔的应用前景。
