    In this paper we have investigated the sensor response to CO gas of REMeO3 (RE = rare earth, Me = transition metal). It is found that the rare earth cobaltite and ferrite have higher sensor response in comparision with other oxides. The order of sensor response is as follows :

The mechanism of the sensor is explained and two kinds of compensation methods,i.e, using normalized sensor and trielectrode sensor are proposed in order to overcome the effect of fluid conductivity and dielectric constant on the sensor response characteristic. The impedance measurement system used is also described in this paper.The instrumentation may be operated in a conductance or capacitance model depending on the electrical conductivity of the fluid.The computer in system can compensate temperature changing and linearize the signals measured.The liquid film thickness can be shown on CRT or printed out by a printer.Our experiment show that it is able to measure film thickness accurately,continuously and quickly.The measuring range is 0~4(mm).

    在文中着重分析了传感器的工作机理,提出了传感器归一化和三电极传感器两种补偿措施,以克服流体电导率和介电常数变化引起的测量误差。本系统通过切换开关选择电导法或电容法测量导电和非导电流体,从而扩大了电阻抗法的适用范围。与测量系统适配的计算机对测量信号进行温度补偿和线性化处理,实时提供流体膜厚变化的情况。研制的电阻抗测量系统可连续检测两相流中液膜厚度。输出响应灵敏,测量范围可达0~4mm,抗干扰能力强,具有广泛的应用前景。

    An enzyme (glucose oxidase, GOD) electrode flow injection system(EFIA) has been developed for clinical determination of glucose in blood.The study focused on the factors affecting the sensor response. The linear range of the sensor shifted from 0-200 mg/dL to 0-2000 mg/dL by different injection volumes, the linear range increased with the loss of sensitivity .Temperature coeffecient (Q10) was 1.12.     An enzyme (glucose oxidase, GOD) electrode flow injection system(EFIA) has been developed for clinical determination of glucose in blood.The study focused on the factors affecting the sensor response. The linear range of the sensor shifted from 0-200 mg/dL to 0-2000 mg/dL by different injection volumes, the linear range increased with the loss of sensitivity .Temperature coeffecient (Q10) was 1.12. The optimal pH value for the sensor activity was 5.8-6.5. The electrode response was evidently depressed by the lower oxygen concentration in sample solution, however, no influence was observed as the oxygen saturation was beyond 80% with a sample size of 100μL or beyond 10% in a 10μL sample. The presence of sodium citrate (3.5%) and saline (NaCI, 0.85%) enhanced response slightly. When mixing glucose with human plasma or broth medium,approximately 99.8% or 96.2% recovery was obtained. The EFIA has been used for clinical blood sugar assay, the correlation coeffecients, r, were 0.992 between EFIA and conventional o-toluindine method and 0.982 between EFIA and Automatic Dichromatic Analyzer(ABA 100). Under working conditions (37±0.01℃,pH 6.5, 224mL/h of flow rate and 50μL of sample injection volume), time spent for one assay was about 1.5
