作者利用羊骨基质明胶(BMG)修复了20只大鼠的洞性骨缺损。应用X线和组织学方法,观察了异种骨基质明胶对洞性骨缺损的修复过程。结果表明:在植骨术后2~4周内,植骨区周围有轻度的排斥反应现象。术后第4周,植骨区出现明显的诱导成骨征象,排斥反应现象减退。异种骨基质明胶的成骨时间迟于自体骨2周左右。作者认为,如何减低异种骨基质明胶的抗原性将是今后研究工作的重点。实验结果也说明,异种骨基质明胶将来有可能成为一种理想的新型植骨材料。

Four kinds of compound materials (allo-BMG, homo-BMG, semi—BMG and HA) were implanted in the muscle of 20 rats. The absorption, immunoreaction and osteogenesis were compared under mieroscopy. As a resul, the slight immunorcaction existed around the allo-BMG in the carly phase. HA is not easy to be abserbed and has no inductive osteogenesis, hBMG is fit for the smal cavity defect for carring BMG, and semi-BMG is fit for larger defect.

作者利用异种、同种、半脱钙骨基质明胶和羟基磷灰石四种材料植入20只大鼠肌肉内,通过光学显微镜观察比较了各种材料的吸收速度、抗原性和成骨情况。结果表明,异种骨基质明胶在植骨早期有轻度的排斥反应。羟基磷灰石不易被吸收,无诱导成骨作用。同种骨基质明胶适合作为较小骨缺损的骨形成蛋白复合材料,修复较大骨缺损,半脱钙骨基质明胶是较佳的复合材料。

自1984年以来,应用以桡动脉为血管蒂的游离前臂皮瓣移植,修复口腔内肿瘤切除术后缺损27例,其中采用不同血管替代物同期进行桡动脉重建术9例,取得满意效果。对选用前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔缺损的适应证、应用自体静脉或人工血管同期修复桡动脉缺损方法的选择、影响血管移植效果的因素及重建术后桡动脉监测方法进行了讨论。
