目的:开发辽西蜂胶的药用资源,寻找具有药理活性的成分,分离鉴定辽西蜂胶中的黄酮类化合物。方法:采用加压硅胶柱层析等方法提取分离辽西蜂胶中黄酮类成分,用紫外、红外、核磁、质谱4种光谱法对其成分进行分析鉴定。结果:从辽西蜂胶中分离到7种黄酮类化合物,经光谱鉴定分别为白杨素(chrysinI;4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,5,7-dihydroxy-2-phenyl-I)、良姜素(izatpininⅡ;4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,3,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-2-phenyl-Ⅱ)。高良姜素(galanginⅢ;4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,3,5,7-trihydroxy-2-phenyl-Ⅲ)、金合欢素[acacetinⅣ;4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-Ⅳ]、洋芹素(apigeninⅤ;4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-Ⅴ]、山萘素[kaempferolⅣ;4H-1-benzopyran-4?

In this paper, We have made the experiment of extraction flavonoids compounds from ginkgo leaves by the two methods of hot soak and cold soak with alcohol solution of different concentrations.The results obtained show that the experiment effect is optimum with 60% alcohol as sovent in hot soak and with 70% as sovent in cold soak respectively.

本文研究了影响草浆黑液木素泡载分离的几个重要因素。结果表明,分离工艺的最佳设计参数为:气浮池截面积与曝气器面积比为2~31;长径比为21;木素气浮分离率保证在95%以上的气固比为0.028;与附加热源加热重力分离相比,具有运行连续性,效果好、费用低等优点,另外对两种方法的经济技术分析也表明,常温泡载分离更具显著的优越性。
