The first 7 species are considered to be most important either from the frequency of their occurence or from their cause high mortality rate. The agents, the clinical sings of the fish as well as differential diagnosis and control of the diseases are presented. To our knowledge, mainly IHN and whirling disease of rainbow trout have not yet been reported in China.

It can replicate in the rainbow trout gonadcells ( RTG-2), chinook salmon embryo cells (CHSE)and fathead minnow cells(FHM).A maximum titer of 10 ̄(6.3) TCID_(50/0.1ml)was attained in the CHSE cells.Theoptimum temperature of replication was 15℃, Plaques can be fomed in CHSEmonolayer cells measuring 0.5-1.5mm...

1990年4月,辽宁省本溪市虹鳟鱼种场的虹鳟稚鱼爆发大规模疾病,死亡率近100%。取病鱼组织处理后接种于鱼类细胞,出现明显的细胞病变,测定细胞培养物中的病毒滴度,最高达10 ̄(6.3)TCID_(50/0.1ml)。感染病毒的细胞用1%营养琼脂糖覆盖后可形成0.5-1.5mm的蚀斑。分离到的病毒对氯仿敏感,不耐热、不耐酸,在细胞内复制的最适温度为15℃。室内人工感染的虹鳟稚鱼能复制出与天然发病相同的症状。对感染病毒的细胞制成超薄切片,透射电镜观察,病毒长为131-173nm,平均148nm,直径为58-91nm,平均71nm,形状为子弹状,表明是弹状病毒,有囊膜及纤突。采用挑斑法得到了纯化的病毒株,暂称之为传染性造血器官坏死症病毒中国本溪株IHNV-B。

The shrimp explosive epidermic disease (EEDS) was resulted from the baculoviral hepodermal and hematopoietic necrosis. T-E (Trypan blue--Eosin Y) staining was used for the rapid on--site diagnosis of EEDS. The viral pathological changes of intranuclear vacuolation were observed in the epithelial and connective tissue of the stomach or gill of diseased shrimp in the squashes stained with T-E stain. The cell nucleus of seriously diseased shrimp became inflated and eosinophile. T-E staining had the same...

用T-E染色法可对该病进行现场快速诊断。取发病对虾的胃上皮区组织 或鳃组织,用T-E染液进行压片染色,可观察到上皮细胞核和结缔组织细胞核的病 毒性病理变化:细胞核质被挤到核的边沿,核内空泡化。发病严重的对虾胞核显著 膨大,核内呈嗜伊红着色。用这一染色法在现场仅需10min就可掌握对虾的细胞病 理变化,诊断结果与组织切片的H-E染色法一致。
