滚齿机是一类重要的齿轮加工机床,而分度链是滚齿机传动部份的核心,分度链的正确设计不仅直接影响滚齿机的工作质量,而且也影响滚齿机生产中的一次成品率,从而影响生产周期及生产成本。本文从Y3180E及YM3180E滚齿机设计及生产实践中的问题出发,论述了滚齿机分度链设计中应遵循的一些原则,分析了滚齿机分度链传动误差对轮齿成形精度的影响,提出了改进分度链设计的措施,介绍了经改进设计后的Y3180H及YM3180H滚齿机产品所获得的技术经济效果。

In this paper, the approaches of increasing the gear grinding precision are suggested they are derived from the calculation and research on the main influences of the gear form-grinding precision of four bar linkages wheel dresser.

本文通过对影响靠模四杆机构砂轮修整器成形磨齿精度的主要因素的计算分析,提出了提高磨齿精度的途径和方法。
