The advanced process control for gasoline production quality of flowed catalytic cracking unit is studied in detail. Using the state feedback model predictive control and according to both the plant operation and the sensors which the plant already has,the simplified state space model for the advanced process control of gasoline production quality is established in order to make the plant implementation. By using the measurable process variables to design the state feedback model predictive control and the measurable disturbance to design the model predictive feed forward control,the control system performance,robustness and disturbance rejection ability are improved considerably.

针对催化裂化装置主分馏塔汽油产品质量先进控制系统 ,从实时控制应用出发 ,建立了塔顶塔段汽油产品质量先进控制的简化状态空间数学模型。使用实测状态变量反馈和可测干扰变量前馈的状态反馈预测控制方法 ,提高控制系统的性能及抗干扰能力 ,使模型的适应范围大大增强 ,并且不需要对实际运行装置进行测试建模 ,减少对生产过程的干扰影响
