Calculation methods of relative parameters are presented.

超高功率电弧炉对电网的影响较大。采用SVC对无功波动实施分相动态补偿,同时抑制有害的高次谐波,已为人们所接受。SVC装置的参数由于各厂商考虑不同而方法各异。本文结合本企业引进设备具体情况,分析了超高功率电弧炉的电气性质,介绍了有关参数的计算方法。

The silicon steel expansion project of Wuhan Iron &. Steel Company will have unfavourable influences on the electric network. The unfavourable influences are larger fluctuations of voltage, lower factors of power and larger higher harmonic current. Therefore, in order to restrain the above influences a set of static var compensation device (SVC) must be installed. Design principles and characteristics of the SVC device are present-ed in this paper.

An extended evolutionary programming (EXEP) technique is proposed for optimal solution of the SVCplacement in voltage stability enhancement. The problem is posed as the minimization of the function whose objectivesare to increase the reactive power margin, the reactive power spinning reserve and the system voltage profile. Atthe same time it is required that the transmission losses are reduced and the additional cost of new SVC devices isminimal. All the operational inequality constraints are transformed to the objective function by using quadratic andcosine penalty functions. Numerical results show that EXEP technique is superior to simulated annealing (SA)technique.

提出了一种扩展进化规划法进行静止无功补偿器 ( SVC)的优化配置 ,这对提高整个电网的电压水平具有重要意义。文中 SVC优化配置的目标包括 :提高全网无功裕度、无功旋转备用和电压水平 ,同时还要求减小线路损耗 ,以及添加新的 SVC的附加费用最小。文中采用平方和余弦惩罚函数将所有不等约束条件计入优化目标。为保证得到该优化问题的全局最优解 ,所提规划方法中采用多基因变换算子。数字仿真结果表明 ,与模拟退火技术相比 ,扩展进化规划具有明显的优越性
