目的 :观察大鼠缺血性脑损伤一氧化氮 (NO)含量变化。方法 :采用亚硝酸盐法。结果 :脑缺血早期NO含量即有升高 ,以后逐渐下降 ,后期又显著升高 ;脑不同部位NO含量以顶叶、额叶升高明显。结论 :NO参与了脑缺血性损伤的病理生理过程。
