Standard of General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum(Experiment)overstepped the obstacle about formalized limit conception study, emphasizes selectivity and abroad application about calculus study. Students accepted new calculus curriculum design fundamentally, represent active learning attitude, produce dense interest in abroad application of derivative. However teachers did not adapt themselves to new curriculum comparatively. Describing the defining of limit straightly, introducing calculus conception properly, it was the father expectation for the design of calculus. Improving the value of the teachers’ viewpoint about calculus curriculum and structure of knowledge was the key to implement the new curriculum successfully.

在普通高中开设微积分课程具有向学生传授现代数学思想,给学生提供解决变量问题的工具,为学生进一步学习构建基础并传播大众数学文化等方面的价值.《普通高中数学课程标准(实验)》下的微积分设计逾越了形式化极限概念学习这一障碍,强调微积分学习的思想性、选择性和广泛应用性.学生对新的微积分课程设计是接受的,而且表现出了积极的学习态度,尤其对导数的广泛应用性具有浓厚兴趣,但教师对“ 无极限导数” 表现出较大的不适应.直观描述极限定义、适当介绍微分概念是对微积分设计的进一步期望;改善教师的微积分课程价值观和知识结构是新课程顺利实施的关键.

The construction of China-Association of Southeast Asian Nations Free Trade Area (China-ASEAN FTA) comprehensively started in 2005 as scheduled.Establishing the China-ASEAN FTA will become a successful mode which to develop the cooperation between the developing nations.It will not only strengthen good neighborly and friendly cooperation between China and ASEAN,but also have a vital role for which to realize the superiority supplementarily to both sides,union striving to improve,open up new developing opportunity,resist the risk together which the economic globalization will bring, and strengthen Asia nations status in the international economic and trade.Although in future five years the FTA in advancement still will have many variable questions,because establishing China-ASEA FTA in accord with bilateral benefit,so long as both sides seek common groud while maintaining difference,as well as take the essential countermeasure,the China-ASEAN inevitably presents the aspect which double wins or wins.

中国-东盟自由贸易区建设已于2005年如期全面启动。建立中国-东盟自由贸易区将成为发展中国家之间合作的一个成功范例。它不仅将加强中国与东盟之间的睦邻友好合作关系,而且对双方实现优势互补、联合自强,开拓新的发展机遇,共同抵御经济全球化带来的风险,增强亚洲国家在国际经贸事务中的地位,具有十分重要的作用。虽然,未来5年内自由贸易区的进程仍然存在不少变数和问题,但是,由于建立中国—东盟自由贸易区符合双方的利益,只要双方求同存异,采取必要的对策措施,中国-东盟自由贸易区必然呈现双赢或多赢的局面。
