高职院校专业设置应着眼区域经济建设和社会发展需求,以市场为导向、能力为本位、宽窄并举为原则,着力进行专业整合与分流;课程建设应按照整合能力观,注重课程内容结构的定向化、综合化和模块化,实现课程结构模式的宽基础、活模块、多方向和人本位。

在分析职业教育专业设置决定性因素的基础上,从社会需求和资源条件出发,设计了一个“二维四向评价模型”,以期直观、理性地对各职业技术院校已经或即将设置的各个专业进行较为客观的评价。这一评价模型具有较强的可操作性和可塑性,有利于对以往、现状和未来趋向作比较,服务于职业教育专业设置的调整、决策和监控。
