The transparency of sintered alumina with additives and the effects of some technological parameters on it were introduced. It was analysed that the loss of light after it passing through Al2O3 ceramics consists of absorption, reflection and scattering, and that there is a basic law relating to these losses. The effect of pores on the transparency of Al2O3 ceramics was emphasized. According to the experimented results in studying the transparent Al2O3 ceramics, the influence factors of transparency, the purity of initial material, the phase transformation temperature, the additives, the grinding and the sintering schedule, were analysed. It was shown that the refractive index of the grain boundary phase was raised when MgO, La2O3 etc. composite additives were used. Hence the scattering decreased and the transparency of Al2O3 ceramics increased. The transparent sintered Al2O3 ceramics was already used in high pressure sodium vapos discharge lamp and electronic insulation equipments. It is sure that further development will be made in its applications in our country.

本文对~(131)I标记邻碘马尿酸(OIH)的三种快速标记方法——水热熔融法(Hydrothermalmelting method),熔融法和冠醚法进行了系统的研究。水热熔融法操作简单,反应温和而安全,反应时间为15—20min、温度在152—156℃下,标记率可达到99.3%。产品用薄层层析鉴定,~(131)I标记的OIH纯度为99.3%.I~-为0.3—0.5%,OIB(邻碘苯甲酸)为 0.2%。产品经 NaHCO_3或生理盐水溶解,不经任何化学分离可直接使用。水热熔融法的同位素交换反应为均相一级同位素交换反应,服从指数定律,~(131)I与邻碘马尿酸中邻位碘发生同位素交换外,不发生其它取代反应。三种快速标记邻碘马尿酸方法的比较,我们认为水热熔融法具有标记率高、反应时间短、实验方法简单、重复性好的特点,适宜于大批量生产时使用。

The degree of branching depends on initial material ratio (A=M0/I0) and the conversion of DVB's second double bonds for branching fx. The relatinship is expressed by Eq. (10). As initial A increase, MWD is Broaden and deviation from Eq. (10) appears. The reason is there are some crosslinking took place between star polymers. Finally, gel point is reached. The critical ratio is 9 for low MW of living polymer, for high MW prepolymer, critical ratio shall be increased.In short, the model of living binary copolymer is good for treating star polymer in low initial ratio, it needs some correction for high ratio.

本文以二元活性共聚物的模型来处理星形高聚物结合点的二乙烯苯凝胶,参考了活性二元共聚物的统计理论,得到了活性预聚物与二乙烯苯的反应产物的分子量与支化度的分布函数。在活性聚苯乙烯、对位二乙烯苯、正丁基锂与苯的反应体系中,进行了实验验证。结果表明:在配料比不大的情况下,理论分析与实验结果基本一致。在上述理论分析基础上,结合实验数据,得到了两个分布参数以及控制支化度及支化度分布的规律。
