A high voltage divider, Rogowski coils and a Faraday cup have been used to measure the pulsed voltage, current and wave shape of the e-beam, respec-tively. A thermopile-Al plate calorimeter has been used to measure the total energy from the e-beam window foil.The attenuation of the e-beam energy with distance along the ejected direction in the open atmosphere was examined and the energy deposition on blue cell-ophane paper was measured. The e-beam has a pulse dura-tion of about 0.36μs, a peak current deasity of 23A/cm2 and an energy output of 152J. The energy efficiency of the e-beam generator is 18.6%.
