For specific PID control of non-linear and time varying systems, a new fuzzy controller composed of fuzzy parameter tuning device and varying parameter PID controller is designed by using fuzzy set theory and experience of manual tuning. The operation results show that the control effects are better than those of digital PID controller for controlling non-linear and time varying objects.

针对非线性和时变性系统的PID控制,应用模糊集合论,并充分考虑人工整定的经验,设计了由模糊参数整定器和变参数PID控制器构成的新的模糊PID控制器。运行结果表明,在控制非线性和时变对象时,其控制效果优于数字PID控制器。

In this paper, basing on the relationship of line system output and input, the least squares method is combined with correlation theory to identify the parameter of process model, such as pure delay time constant, etc. Obtaining the pure delay time constant by the method in this paper is more precise than the delay response length of step input. The method provides with strong capability of resisting interference. Then an optimized tuning of PID parameter was carried out using optimized method of many variables...

The simulation result showed that the method can be achieved easily and the control effect is better than routine PID control method. Using the method in temperature control system of beryllium\|bronze heat treatment, the problems of manual tuning which is difficult and needs long times in location is solved and the control effect is better than routine PID control method too.
