The detection limits of Cd, Fe, Cr, Be, Ni and V were improved under the optimal operating parameters for Ca, which were recommended as compromise operating parameters for multielement analysis.

The design of several new kinds of circuits for QRS wave detection is described. The circuits include phase shifter, limiter, matched filter, etc. Experimental results show, that the maximum signal-to-noise ratio can reach 19 while the original S/N ratio is only 2, and two signals with maximum-to-minimum amplitude ratio 10 are inputed, the ratio between the output amplitudes is only 1.1. The circuits can reject the strong power line interference completely.
