The molecular weight distribution of cis-1,4 polybutadiene obtained by polymerization with homogeneous Ziegler catalyst (Et2AlCl-CoCl2-4C5H5N) as well as heterogeneous Ziegler catalyst (i-Bu3Al-Til4) has been determined by means of fractional precipitation. The results show that the molecular weight distribution of both types of polybutadiene is not broad. With regard to the homogeneous catalytic system, the molecular weight distribution becomes narrower when the temperature of polymerization is increased, the monomer concentration lowered, the chain transfer agent added and the cobalt concentration decreased or the Al/Co ratio increased. As to the heterogeneous catalytic system, the homogeneity of molecular weight distribution increases with the lowering of the polymerization temperature and the decreasing of the Al/Ti ratio. But the monomer concentration and aging of catalyst give no evident effect.

本工作以逐步沉淀法测定了在均相(Et_2AlCl-CoCl_2·4C_5H_5N)及非均相(i-Bu_3Al-TiI_4)Ziegler型催化剂的作用下,丁二烯在各种条件下进行顺式-1,4聚合的分子量分布。结果指出,不论均相或非均相催化聚合得到的分子量分布都比较窄。对于均相体系,升高聚合温度、降低单体浓度、添加链转移剂(如乙硫醚、N-苯基-β-萘胺、庚烷)、减少催化剂钴的浓度和增加Al/Co比,均能使聚合物的分子量分布变窄;而对于非均相体系,则降低聚合温度和减少Al/Ti比均能增加分子量的均一性;单体浓度和催化剂老化对分子量分布无显著影响。 非均相聚合的分子量分布比均相聚合的更窄,前者的微分分布曲线的高峰偏于高分子量部分,而后者的偏于低分子量部分。这可能是由于非均相聚合的链终止速度依赖于链长,而均相聚合的链终止速度与链长无关。

The effects of Co2+, Br- and water in complexes of Co-Br catalyst on the oxidation of hydrocarbons have been studied. The concentration of cobalt-bromide complexes and its percentage of total cobalt ion added were determined spectroscopically for catalyses of various Br/Co molar ratio. The effects of Co2+, Br- and water in complexes of Co-Br catalyst on the oxidation of hydrocarbons have been studied. The concentration of cobalt-bromide complexes and its percentage of total cobalt ion added were determined spectroscopically for catalyses of various Br/Co molar ratio. It was found that only 55 ard 70% of cobalt ion formed Co2+-Br- complexes when Br/Co molar ratio was equal to 1 and 2 respectively, ard also only a minor part of the formed Co2+ -Br- complexes, i. e. low-bromide content complex, was catalytically active, therefore, the maior part of Co2+ ion added was ineffective in liquid phase oxidation of hydrocarbon.An investigation of the relation between the composi ion of catalyst and the rate of hydrocarbon oxidation showed that the catalytic activity of catalyst depended on the proper selection of Br/Co ratio, and the optimum Br/Co ratio depended on both the structure of hydrocarbon ard Co2+ concentration. In the case of ethylberzene, the optimum Br/Co ratio was 2, but they were 1 and 0.17 (cobalt concentration was 0.03-W and 0.12M) in the case of n-octane.The influence of water from different sources on the activity of Co-Br catalyst was examined. Water introduced into the reaction system before oxidation decreased remarkably the activity of catalyst, lowering the oxidation rate by the presence of water may not be attributed to the replacement of bromide ion in active complexes by water, this is in substantial agreement with the spectroscopic data.

In 0.04M NH3-0.16M NH4Cl (pH8.6) solution, the cobalt concentration over a range of 1.6×10-10-2.0 ×10-7M is in good liner relationship with the peak current values, the detection limit after 2 min preconcentration is as low as 5.0×10-11M.The standard deviation and variance cofficient is 0.21 and 3.8% respectively.

本文以汞膜电极,研究了在丁二肟存在下钴的差分脉冲吸附伏安行为,认为其电极过程为在一定电位下,扩散至电极表面的钴(Ⅱ)一丁二肟配合物还原为钴(Ⅰ)一丁二肟配合物并吸附于电极表面,在负向扫描过程中,发生不可逆电子转移,得一敏感蜂。在0.04MNH_3—0.16M NH4Cl介质(pH8.6)中,钴浓度在1.0×10~_(-10)~2.0×10~(-7)M间与其蜂电流呈良好的线性。电积2min,检测限低至5.0×10~(-11)M。方法标准偏差及变动系数分别为0.21和3.8%。
