Following that the three paren-tal lines with low erucic acid in B.napus were all successfully developed, the stable three line materials with both low erucic acid and low thiogluco-side were obtained.The existing B.napus hybrids with low erucic acid express significant heterosis in yield constituents such as the number of effective branches,pods per plant and seeds per pod. The research work has showed that the three parental lines in good quality B.napus and those in no-good quality B.napus have some common advantage. Such as,the maintainer line materials are abundant, and the technique for seed production is rather simple.

本文叙述了优质甘蓝型油菜(B.napus)三系杂种优势利用研究的概况。在实现了甘蓝型油菜低芥酸“三系”配套的基础上,又获得了较稳定的“双低”三系材料。现有低芥酸杂交油莱在有效分枝数、单株角果数和每果粒数等因素方面,表现了一定的优势。研究表明,优质甘蓝型油菜“三系”与原有普通甘蓝型油菜“三系”一样,具有保持材料比较广泛,制种技术比较简便等特点。

Effects of applying plant growth regulators on winter wheat were studied during 1999 2000. The results showed that applying GA3, 6 BA, TIBA, PP333 and NBT appropriately could affect tiller in the vegetative growth stage, keep the NR and SOD activity at high level, increase the content of soluble protein and total chlorophyll in the later stage. They could improve the photosynthetic capacity, promote assimilation product transport and accumulation during grain filling period of wheat. They delayed the senescence...

Effects of applying plant growth regulators on winter wheat were studied during 1999 2000. They delayed the senescence of functional leaves, had the positive effect of grain filling , form the good relationship of yield constituents and increase the yield. But each of them worked in different way.

本文研究了叶面喷施几种植物生长调节剂 (GA3、NBT、6 -BA、TIBA、PP333)对小麦分蘖、生育后期生理指标、产量构成因素和产量的影响。结果表明 :合理的使用这些植物生长调节剂可以不同方式的影响冬前小麦的分蘖能力 ,提高生育后期旗叶细胞的自我保护能力、光合能力及对有机物的利用和转运能力 ,延长了叶片的功能期 ,有利于籽粒灌浆 ,并能较好的协调产量构成因素间的关系 ,提高作物产量。总体效果看 :PP333和 6 -BA综合效果较理想 ;TIBA对提高千粒重有显著作用
