Objective:To research on the velopharyngeal function of patients after Palatorrhaphy.Mehod: 54 patients after Palatorrhaphy for an averagely of 16 years were selected as research group.16 had received posterior pharyngeal wall operation,22 had received langerbacks operation,and the other 16 patients had received velopharyngeal ring ligation.ENF was used to observe the movement of posterior and lateral pharyngeal wall and the soft palate of cleft palate patients during their phonation or swallowing.Result:The ENT system can directly observe the media movement of lateral pharyngeal wall,the up down and forward back ward movement of soft palate,the relation of soft palate and posterior pharyngeal wall,the length of soft palate and its lifting height on the sagital plane during phonation period.Conclusion:ENF can observe the whole movement of velopharyngeal position in a full scale.It can be used to evaluate the effect of an operation,to help make the choice of operation method and to provide useful information for the second period operation.

目的 :用电子动态喉镜观察腭裂术后患者的腭咽闭合功能。方法 :选择腭裂修补术后 16年的患者 5 4名 ,用电子动态喉镜观察患者在吞咽和发音时的咽侧壁、咽后壁、软腭的运动情况。结果 :电子动态喉镜系统能直接观察到发音时咽侧壁的向中性运动及软腭的上下前后运动、软腭与咽后壁的关系、软腭长度及在矢状面上提升的高度。结论 :采用电子动态喉镜可以全面观察腭咽部的整体运动 ,指导选择手术方法 ,评价手术效果。

The “Medium Effect” this paper introduces is a physical phenomenon of magnetic field distribution contrasts caused by different media around the magnetic body and the variation of media movement status, included in air, static water, disturbed water, static salted water and stirred salted water. The paper also discusses the thinking and understanding process to the phenomenon of "Medium Effect" discovered in engineering explorations and the investigation to confirm it through modeling experiments. In general teaching materials of magnetic exploration, the adjacent media surrounding magnetic body are usually considered to be background field, and without considering the media interference with the magnetic field distribution caused by magnetic body. The discovery and verification of "Medium Effect" can create some certain effects of applications, such as the study of geophysics, magnetic theory of physics, searching and position to magnetic targets under water, and magnetic survey in water areas. As stated above, this investigation is an exploring task, because there has been no information as reference so far and it has not been concerned in public.

本文介绍所定义的介质效应是指同一磁性体、在同一位置、同一测量高度,仅仅是其周围介质不同及介质的运动状态改变(空气、静水、扰动水、静盐水、扰动盐水),所引起的磁性体场源磁场分布出现差异的物理现象。文中介绍了从勘察工程中发现介质效应现象后的思考和认识过程,以及通过模型实验证实介质效应这一物理现象存在的研究工作。在磁法勘探的教材中,通常将磁性体场源的周边介质视为背景场,不考虑介质对磁性体场源磁场分布的影响作用。介质效应现象的发现和证实,对地球物理学、磁性物理学等诸方面研究、对水下磁性目标的搜索、定位及对海洋磁测等水域磁测工程的应用将会产生一定的影响,这方面的研究目前还未得到必要的重视,没有可直接借鉴的文献资料。因此,本项研究工作具有一定的探索性。
