Lactalbumin hydrolysate (LH) and casein hydrolysate (CH) inhibited production...

Shikonin production of Onosma paniculatum Bur. et Fr. callus was inhibited by combination of 2,4-D and NAA of 10~(-5)mol/ 1 and 10~(-6)mol/ 1 with l0~(-5)mol/ 1 KT separately, and was not affected by combination of IAA with KT in concentration given. LH had no obvious effects on callus growth. Coconut milk which concentration was 10% stimulated production of shikonin which content was 24 times of the control.

In the paper,author studyed the enhanced shikonin production from Lithospermum erythrorhizon by in situ extraction and calcium alginate bead immobilization plant cell cultures.

本文研究了用海藻酸钙小球固定法进行紫草细胞的培养利用原地浸取法提高紫草宁产量的途径。

L.erythrorhlzon L.cells were shake-cultured in shikonin production medium containing0.2% surfactant Tween 20 in the dark at 25℃.The results indicated that the amount of secretedshikonin was increased by 30.35% in comp4rison with that of the culture cells without additive of surfactant.The shikonin content was up to 37.82%,increased by 119.80% as compared to that in thereference.In addition,the changes of sucrose level and pH value were discussed in to the process ofshikonin biosynthesis.
