目的探讨儿童社会适应行为在不同地区的差异性和造成差异的原因,为本地区儿童社会适应行为诊断提供依据。方法采用上海精神卫生中心标化的美国社会适应行为量表(AAMD-ABS)测定了30名弱智儿童和重复测定了40名正常儿童对量表进行评估,证明该量表具有良好的效度和信度,测定了600名63~122岁正常儿童,所测分值与美国同龄儿童标准分值进行差异分析比较。结果我国儿童社会适应行为与美国儿童比较在某些主题存在明显差异性,在独立功能、躯体发育、社会化、行为问题方面低于美国儿童,在语言发育、计数计时、责任性方面高于美国儿童。结论儿童社会适应行为在不同地区存有明显差异,在评价儿童社会适应行为时应引起高度重视。

To study education advices in children with ADHD ,35 children with ADHD were assessed by Conners Scale and C-WAIS.The results show that there are adapt behavior problems in children with ADHD ,especially in social duty.The social adapt level are the lowest in children with ADHD at grade 3 to 4 .According to the study results we thought the education and training are very important to improve the ADHD children with adapt behavior problems.

本文选取35名多动症儿童为被试,采用《康纳多动症评分量表》对经医学确诊的多动症儿童进行可疑程度分析。采用姚树桥、龚耀先编制的《儿童适应行为评定量表》对被试的社会适应行为进行评量。结果表明:多动症儿童在不同程度上存在适应行为问题,特别是在社会责任方面的水平较低,从年龄发展来看多动症儿童在小学三、四年级时适应水平最低。据此提出教育训练的重点和教育建议。
