At present these two processes are still in the laboratory scale.

戴克斯台克直接提铜法是用氯盐介质电积法使黄铜矿转化为铜和硫,浸出、电积、氧化除铁三过程在同一设备中进行。但该法浸出反应速度慢;电积难以在高 Cu~+浓度下进行。为此我们把二氯化铜浸出引入 D 法,即增加电积液中铜的浓度,因此缩短了浸出-电积时间。此外还改变了 D 法的溶液循环方式,即把含 Cu+70~80%后液送入阴极室,返回的阴极液与预处理渣调浆送阳极室,阳极液返回预处理工序。由此降低了直流电耗,克服了 D 法中浸出率与阴极液中 Cu~+浓度的矛盾。采用改良法,4~6小时的浸出率达95%以上,渣含铜在1%左右;电耗为1000~1500(度/吨铜)。D 法和改良法目前都处于试验阶段。

China not only boasts a long metallurgical history but also made a great number of technical achievements in copper extraction which were well-known in the world.Henan Province is on the Central Plains of China where the soils are fertile, the forests lusuriant and the mineral resources abundant. In the three thousand years ever since the Xia Dynasty, most of the Dynasties set their capitals in Henan Province. This, objectively, promoted the development of ancient copper extraction technology and the enlargement of its scale. In this paper, a great number of the archaeological discoveries in recent years are listed and the copper extraction techniques in the period of Longshan Culture in Henan Province are demonstrated in the aspects of the smelting furnaces, the extraction techniques and the bronze ware casting.

我国的冶金历史,始于炼制铜金属。由近年的考古成果证明,在原始社会末期便已使用了铜器,不但历史悠久,而且创造了许多世界闻名的铜冶铸技术成就。 河南地处我国中原地带,土地肥沃,物产和森林及矿产资源都很丰富;自夏代以后三千年间大多数王朝的国都均在河南,这从客观上都促进了铜生产技术和规模的发展。文章列举近年的大量考古发掘实例,从炼炉与冶炼工艺技术、铜器铸造等方面,论证了河南龙山文化时期的冶铜技术。

Copper tetra-ammine sulfate solutions obtained by ammonia leaching of copper reflnary anode slimes were converted to copper metals in a two-stage process involving precipitation of CuNH_4SO_3 and its thermal decomposition to copper powders of high purity. The reaction of reduction of copper (Ⅱ) ammine sulfate solutions to form a crystalline precipitate of ammonium copper (Ⅰ) sulfite, CuNH_4SO_3 was studied. It was found that pH was the most important factor in obtaining the Cu(Ⅰ) salt precipitate and precipitation of CuNH_4SO_3 required an end point pH of 4-5. The reaction mechanism of reduction of copper ammine solutions was discussed.

氨浸铜阳极泥得到的铜氨络合物溶液用两段法制取金属铜粉,包括还原沉淀出CuNH_4SO_3和进行热分解产出高纯铜粉两步过程。本文研究了从二价铜氨硫酸盐溶液中还原出一价铜的亚硫酸铜铵(CuNH_4SO_3)结晶沉淀物的反应。实验指出,pH值是影响获得Cu(Ⅰ)盐沉淀物的最重要因素,沉淀CuNH_4SO_3要求控制终点pH4—5。文中对还原铜氨溶液的反应机理进行了讨论。
