An experimental system has verified the analysis method and results of this paper.The advance of power devices will make this new DC generator robust and durable. Because our country abounds in REPM material,there will be a hight prospect for the develop ment of REPM machines. On the other hand,the development of this type of machines will greatly depend up that of the power converters. This paper deals with this problem in both aspects and provides the theoretical and technical bases for the development of such machines.

It is difficult to do on-site voltage test with A. C. 50Hz voltage on large electricmachines and XLPE power cables, so a new type of 0.1Hz very-low frequency sinusoidal highvoltage generator is developed and the influence of circuit component's parameters on output volt-age waveform is analyzed with computer emulation. In addition, a simulation test is made. The re-sult shows that the generator has good output waveform and fits for on-site insulation tests forelectric machines and power cables.

针对大型电机、交联聚乙烯电力电缆采用工频电压做现场耐压试验非常困难这一情况,研制了一种新型的调幅方式──0.1Hz超低频正弦波高压发生器,并对其进行了计算机仿真,分析了电路元器件参数对输出电压波形的影响,同时做了模拟试验.结果表明,该发生器输出波形良好,适合对电机及电力电缆进行现场绝缘检测使用.
