利用乙烯利和硫代硫酸银处理不同品种柿子研究柿果采后过程中呼吸动态和内部乙烯浓度的关系。结果表明,2个柿品种虽在采后生理生化方面存在某些差异,但均属于呼吸跃变型果实。伴随跃变的发生,糖酵解—三羧酸循环途径所占比例逐渐增加,磷酸戊糖途径所占比例逐渐降低。在电子传递过程中,细胞色素途径占优势,剩余呼吸也占相当大的比例,但未测出抗氰的交替途径的运行量。乙烯利处理可明显提高果实内部乙烯浓度,促进呼吸跃变,而硫代硫酸银处理则相反。可以利用化学药剂来调控柿果的成熟过程。

The abscission speed of citrus young fruits was positively correlated with the cellulase activity in the abscission zone. The occurance of abscission speed peak was in company with the evolution peak of ethylene and the accumulation of ABA contents. However, the peroxidase activity peak was found before the occurance of ethylene evolution peak. The exogenous NAA or CEPA treatment stimulated the cellulase activity in the separation zone of citrus fruits and kept the peroxidase activity in the higher level,...

The abscission speed of citrus young fruits was positively correlated with the cellulase activity in the abscission zone. The occurance of abscission speed peak was in company with the evolution peak of ethylene and the accumulation of ABA contents. However, the peroxidase activity peak was found before the occurance of ethylene evolution peak. The exogenous NAA or CEPA treatment stimulated the cellulase activity in the separation zone of citrus fruits and kept the peroxidase activity in the higher level, thus increased the abscission of fruits. 6-BA treatment inhibited the abscission of young fruits both for explant and in the field. GA treatment increased the explant abscission, otherwise, it inhibited the abscission of young fruits in the field. This suggested that the control effect of GA on the abscission of plant organs was very complex. The results in this paper also suggested that GA and 6-BA can be used to prevent the fruits drop in citriculture.

柑桔幼果脱落速率与离区组织的纤维素酶活力呈正相关,脱落速率高峰的出现伴随乙烯释放高峰和ABA的积累。过氧化物酶(POD)活力高峰出现在乙烯释放高峰之前。外源NAA和CEPA刺激柑桔幼果离区纤维素酶的活力并使POD维持在较高的水平上,因而也就增加了脱落。6-BA对幼果外植体和田间幼果的脱落都有抑制作用。GA处理增加外植体的脱落而抑制了田间幼果的脱落,显示出GA调节器官脱落的复杂性。GA和6-BA在生产上可用来作柑桔保果剂。
