以上海五钢集团第三炼钢厂试验为基础,通过对97炉现场试验结果的统计分析,得出了加入HBI后的脱硫、脱磷工艺和其他杂质元素(包括N,Ni,Cu,Sn,Sb,As等)含量的变化情况,并讨论了加入HBI后对各项技术经济指标的影响;研究了HBI的最佳加入比例和加入HBI后的优化炉料结构;提出了HBI的运输、储存和使用方面降低成本的途径.
