A hot torsion test was used in this study for measuring and comparing the hot plasticity curve of as-cast and hot rolled HSS. An up-set forging test was adopted for the imitative experiment of as-cast samples. The factors influencing the carbide homogeneity of HSS by hot working technology were also investigated. The results of the tests indicate: For HSS both in as-cast and hot-rolled conditions, there is a good hot plasticity region from 960-1150℃; there is a low temperature super palsticity region near Act...

The results of the tests indicate: For HSS both in as-cast and hot-rolled conditions, there is a good hot plasticity region from 960-1150℃; there is a low temperature super palsticity region near Act (780-870℃) for both as-cast and hot-rolled HSS, but the absolute values of their palplasticity are quite different from each other which is due to their great difference in carbide and matrix condition. The super-plasticity region ranges over 80℃ with a limited good plasticity. The temperature of lowest hot plasticity is 880℃. The forging of as-cast sample after heating at high temperature for a short time shows improved carbide homogeneity and as-cast hot palsticity. Reduction in the cross-sectional arae as 8:1 is the minimum requirement for producing large-sized HSS products. Improved carbide distribution and macrostructure could be obtained with large reduction of cross-section, ingot up-setting and transversal forging technique-

本研究采用热扭转法测定和比较了铸态与轧态高速钢的热塑性特征曲线。为了对生产上的开坯工艺进行模拟试验,用铸态试样进行落锤试验,对影响高速钢碳化物均匀性的热加工工艺因素进行试验探讨。试验结果表明:无论铸态或轧态,热塑性良好区均处在960~1150℃之间。在AC_1附近都存在相同温度范围,相同变化规律的低温超塑性区(780~870℃)。但两者的塑性绝对值由于受金属基体和碳化物状况制约而相差很大;超塑性区范围约80℃,超塑性只有有限的塑性;热塑性最低点为880℃;铸态试样经短时高温加热处理后锻打,明显改善碳化物不均匀度,提高了铸态热塑性;高速钢大材锻压比至少应不小于8,再用墩粗、横锻等工艺以增加变形量,来获得较好的碳化物高低倍组织。

But at higher strain rate(10 1 ~10 2 ),(105) perhaps is slid faster than (001).And at higher temperature,1173~1273K,strength of the grain boundaries is not above that of intracrystalline.Pr 2Fe 14 B grains may be fractured. Fragmentation speed is higher than sliding one.(105) sliding may be adapt to the situation. So under these conditions,(105) texture is formed.
