The system makes real time comprehensive analysis of electrocardiogram, cardiac sounds, and impedance cardiogram differential (first order) of the human body. By means of 20 over formulas of blood dynamics including that of computing SV established by kubicek, many parameters reflecting the function of the heart of the human body can be computed, which provides a large number of data for determining the function of the heart. A double wavelength-differential-first order derivative spectrophotometric assay was established to determine carbon monoxide(CO) generation during in vitro metabolism of xenobiotics.Compared with the classical CO assay using hemoglobin-CO complex formation, the established procedure eliminated the background interference significantly and increased the quantitative accuracy and sensitivity. With this assay 4 tri-halogenated anilines and 1 tri-halogenated benzene were tested for their ability to generate CO during microsomal metabolism. Among those compounds tested 2,4,5-trifluoroaniline was the only one able to generate significant amount of CO.Different from the CO generation specificity the de-fluoridation rates of 2,4,5-or 2,4,6-trifluoroaniline were similar. Phenobarbital or Dexamethasone pretreatment on rats increased the CO generation from 2,4,5-trifluoroaniline and showed little influence on other compounds tested.These results revealed that the metabolic CO generation from halogenated anilines was specific for substrate.

Double wavelength differential first derivative spectrophotometry was used for standardization of aqueous solution of carbon monoxide(CO)as reference standard and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of CO formed during the microsomal metabolism of two trifluoroanilines.Compared with the classical Hb-CO method.the proposed assay system lowered the interference of background and increasing the sensitivity and quantitative accuracy.There was a good linear correlation in the range of 2~10μ mol/L,of CO(n=5,r=0.9998,C=17.6D-0.41,and the limit of detection was found to be lower than 0.1μmol/L CO.The average recoveries(X±RSD)of CO from the analytical system and sample were (102.1±2.9)%(n=7)and(79.7±6.8)%(n=12)respectively.the RSD vaules of within-day and between-day were 4.4%(n=18)and 6.1%(n=16)accordingly.

本文研究了双波长-差示一阶导数光谱法运用于对照品一氧化碳(CO)饱和水浓度标定及2个三氟苯胺在鼠肝微粒体中代谢生成CO的定性鉴别、定量测定。结果表明,本法的抗干扰能力、灵敏度和定量准确性均明显优于传统的Hb-CO法,在CO浓度2~10μmol/L与导数光谱峰谷间振幅D呈良好线性关系,回归方程C(μmol/L)=17.6D-0.4(r=0.9998,n=5),最低检测浓度为0.1μmol/LCO。CO的回收率(X±RSD)以水作介质为(102.1±2.9)%(n=7),日内、日间精密度分别为(96.7±4.4)%(n=18)、(93.6±6.1)%(n=16);以微粒体蛋白悬液为介质的CO回收率为(79.7±6.8)%(n=12)。
