It is improved in mechanical shaping ability and prevented from moisture decomposition.

以水平连铸分离环为主要应用目的,研制的Si_3N_4-BN系列复合陶瓷材料,综合了Si_3N_4和BN两种材料的优点,具有优异的抗热震性、耐熔钢腐蚀和冲刷、与熔钢不浸润、材料强度适中,易于加工,避免了BN基材料易吸潮分解破坏的缺点.用该材料研制的分离环满足了水平连续铸钢工艺对分离环材料的苛刻性能要求. 本文对该材料的有关性能及显微结构进行了分析讨论.

Al2O3-5vol% SiC nanoscale composite powder was prepared by the precipitation method.Al2O3-SiC nanocomposites were made by HP sintering. The strength of Al2O3-SiC nanocomposites is 467MPa, toughniess is 4. 7MPa.m1/2. Nano SiC particles were located in Al2O3 grains because of the transformation of Al2O3 from γ phase to α phase. This intragranular microstructure is effective in improving mechanical properties. Therefore, the precipitation method is a good way to fabricate Al2O3-SiC nanocomposites.

研究了沉淀法制备Al_2O_3-SiC纳米复合陶瓷的工艺过程,利用Al_2O_3从,γ相到α相的蠕虫状生长过程,使大部分纳米SiC颗粒位于Al_2O_3晶粒内.用沉淀法制得的、含有5vol%SiC的Al_2O_3-SiC纳米复合陶瓷,其强度为467MPa,韧性为4.7MPa·m1/2,与一般的Al2O3陶瓷相比有较大的提高,显示了沉淀法制备Al_2O_3-SiC纳米复合陶瓷的优点.
