This experiment shows that the number of protozoa in the soil taken from the three different environments and cultured in different culture fluids is not the same, because of the different pH and the constituents of nutrition. Species of the soil protozoa are most in the wheat infusion and few in the 1% peptone.

本文以济南地区蔬菜地土壤、苹果园土壤、花园土壤为材料,研究土壤原生动物。分别用四种培养液在20~24℃下培养,一周后活体观察,共鉴定出土壤原生动物3纲、23属、28种。研究结果表明,三种不同环境的土壤,在各种培养液的培养下,由于pH值及营养成分的不同,其结果也不相同。在麦粒浸出液中原生动物种类出现最多,1%蛋白胨液中出现种类则较少。

This paper reported the study results on sub-tropical forest soil protozoa inTianmu Mountain. The species composition and distribution, dominant species, annualchange and vertical distribution in soil layers of biomass were included. In addition, theinfluence of environmental factors was also discussed.

报道了浙江天目山自然保护区亚热带森林土壤原生动物种类组成与分布、优势种类以及数量周年变化和在土层中分布的规律.并对环境因素的影响作了分析.

The study results on soil protozoa in Tianmu Mountain by laboratory culturingmethods are reported. From the data of species composition manifested, the environment of this areais not polluted. Riomass distribution in soil layer indicated that protozoa are mainly concentrated onupper soil layer.
