Specimen with different thickness (5-35mm) are measured with optical-cutting microscope and the surface finish obtained can ranges from grade ▽_5 to ▽_3. i. e., the average roughness is 14.0-73.30μm In order to determine the most prominent sensitivities of the important influencing factors, the microcomputer ANDROMEDA 11/B-32/220 with FORTRAN-IV language is used. It is found that the grain size of olivine sand and mold coating are more influential than mold vacuity and pouring temperature. This work illustrates that olivine sand is superior to silicon sand in chemical composition and mineral performance. When used in iron castings it can improve the casting quality. Moreover, since it contains no free silica it causes no dangers of silicosis hazard, and is quite suitable for application in V-process moulding.

本文研究用橄榄石砂进行负压薄膜造型时,各种不同工艺因素对铸铁件表面光洁度的影响,试验结果:不同壁厚(5~35mm)的试样,经用光切法显微镜测定,表面不平度为14.0~73.3μm,即国家标准表面光洁度▽5~▽3级;通过计算机计算各影响因素的显著性说明,橄榄石砂粒度分布和涂料的作用最为显著,真空度和浇注温度次之.研究表明,橄榄石砂的化学成分和矿物性能较硅砂优越,用之于铸铁件生产,能提高铸件质量;又由于它不含游离的二氧化硅,兼有减少硅肺公害的特点,所以颇适用于负压薄膜造型.

At present,it has been begun to try using resin bonded sand for casting ultra-low-carbon stainless steei castings at home,but recarbuation is serious on the casring surfaces.The carburation-preventing type of water-based oxidizing coating has been studied in the mold coating theory.The experimental resuits have shown that this coating can have the satisfactory effect on the prevention of carburation and guarantee the surface quality of castings.

目前国内已开始试用树脂砂铸造超低碳不锈钢铸件,其表面存在严重增碳现象。本文应用铸型涂料理论研究了防渗碳型的氧化性水基涂料,试验结果表明:该涂料可以达到满意的防渗碳效果,并能保证铸件的表面质量。

采用X衍射、电子探针、矿相分析等手段;对离心浇注合金钢管所用的进口Z型涂料的配方、烧结后的涂料结构和性能,尤其对溃散性能进行了研究。结果表明:该涂料是由锆英石(ZrSiO_4)、膨润土及少量氧化铁和高分子有机物所组成。涂料高温烧结后,有机物已分解挥发,锆英石、膨润土仍为晶态。膨润土颗粒细化,在其表面出现一薄层液化膜使烧结涂料强度下降,溃散性能优良。据此,选用我国自产的石英粉、膨润土、硅溶胶、CMC及其它必要的成分制成涂料,用于生产性试验中,获得了满意的结果。
