Needles 90~# with forward declined heads are taken as an example in calculation of the drawing force during Caper-forging process. Aftera lot of experiments over knitting needles of defferent diameters, the relative dimensions of forged head diameters and the head widths after cheek-profile milling are obtained. At the end of the article cold rolling number and quantity for needle shanks of different diameters as well as the technological parameters in the internal stress annealing are introduced.
