However, corresponding to the new concept, the coating can be produced by means of magnetron sputtering technique,with an alloy targe with the same or similar chemichal...

The microcrystallized superalloy coating(grain size< 1μm) has bo developed as an entirely new tpe of high temperature coating, which is quite diffrent from the well known traditional coatings, e.g.aluminide, MCrAlY overlay and ceramic thermal barrier coatings, Which are foreign materials to the Protected substrates. However, corresponding to the new concept, the coating can be produced by means of magnetron sputtering technique,with an alloy targe with the same or similar chemichal composition as the substrate to be protected, therefore, such a coating exhibits excellent compatibility to the substrate, so tha any harmful effects induced by the possible interdiffusion between the foreign coating and the substrate during long term service can be avoided. It has been proved that the microcrystalline alloy coatings show isothermal and cyclic oxidation resistance much superior to original cast alloys for some studied aluminan and chromia formers. It is believed tha the new concept of coating may be applied to proper alloy systems. In this paper, the progress made in the study of high temperature microcrystalline coating was reviewed.

高温合金微晶涂层(晶粒尺寸<1μm)是最近发展起来的一种全新的高温合金防护涂层。与传统的扩散型铝化物涂层、MCrAlY包覆涂层及YO3稳定的ZrO2陶瓷涂层(它们的特点是涂层与基体是由不同材料组成)完全不同,它可以采用与基体合金成分完全相同的微晶化合金进行自防护。这种涂层不仅具有良好的抗静态与循环氧化性能,而且与基体具有良好的相容性,从而避免了传统涂层由于长期使用后,涂层与基体间的互扩散引起的孔洞及形成的有害相等。

综述了高温合金防护涂层研究的发展及其应用,重点介绍了其制备工艺和存在的问题以及在航空航天及民用领域中的典型应用。

CoNiCrAlY superalloy coatings with different tantalum contents were prepared by laser cladding method.The morphology of laser cladding layer was observed by SEM,the composition was analyzed by EDS,and the phase composition was analyzed by XRD.The results show that the morphology of laser cladding layer varies as follow the tantalum contents.The main structure of laser cladding layers is α-Cr,γ-Co solid solution,β-CoAl,Co-Ta compound.Tantalum can help the formation of Co_3Ta andβ-CoAl.

用激光熔覆方法制备了不同Ta含量的CoN iCrA lY高温合金涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对该涂层的形貌进行了观察和成分的能谱分析,采用XRD对涂层进行了合金的物相分析。结果表明,随着Ta含量的变化,熔覆层的组织形貌有明显不同,加Ta后涂层的基本组织是α-Cr、γ-Co固溶体、-βCoA l、钴钽化物等。Ta能促进Co3Ta和-βCoA l的形成。
