Abstract:Mechanical properties and flow behaviors of the rigid PVC/CPE alloys filled respectively with last CaCO3 (1#), light CaCO3 treated by the coupling agent of titanate (2#), ordinary activated CaO3 (3#) and supelfine activated CaCO3 (4#) were studied. It showed that 3# and 4#CaCO3 fillers, when their contents were within respective 20 phr and 30 phr,enhanced the toughness of the filled alloys obviously and the improvement became bigger with the decrease of their apparent granular diameters. Meanwhile, the other mechanical propertier of the polpoer alloy material, if highly filled (more than 30 phr of filler content),became muth less innuenced by the variation of the 3# and 4# CaCO3 filler content.Therefore, 3# and 4# CaCO3 fillers are qualified for highly filling the above alloy. The result also Showed that, when the content was less than 28 phr, 2# CaCO3 filler could effectively raise the melt index of the filled alloy material. This attributed to the separation of the chains the organic groups in coupling agent.

研究了用铝酸酯偶联剂活化处理重质CaCO3的工艺,并将活化后的caCO3粉料与树脂载体制成母料。实验表明,该母料白度高,含水量低,吸潮性小,有利于贮存、运输,将母料填充于塑料(PE)当中,并对填充后的PE进行了全面的测试。测试结果表明,母料填充体系比纯树脂体系的平衡扭矩及熔融时间均有所下降,从而使生产工艺更容易控制;当铝酸酯偶联剂用全适当,添充母料含量达到30%时,聚合物材料的力学性能、加工性能均良好,制品的外观及其它各项性能指标均达到国家标准,采用本生产工艺制备的母料用于塑料加工中,可降低生产成本,改善产品的加工性能。
