Different clays such as bentonite, kaoline and illite were ued to absorb Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd in water.The adsorption capacities and the optimal adsorption conditions were examined in detail. The structure of clays and mechanism for their adsorption were studied. As a practical usage, the bentonite was applied to treat the electroplation wastewater and the result was good.

In this paper a new catalytic method for determining trace Chromium has been studied.Chromium(VI) can catalyze the decolorization oxidation of acid chrome blue k.by crossing the sulphuric acid potassium.The detection limit of this method is 7.79×10 -6 g·L -1 .The linear range of determination is 0~8.0ug/50mLCr(VI).The method has been used to determine trace Cr(VI)in electroplation wastewater with satisfactory results.

本文研究了在硫酸介质中 ,微量铬催化过硫酸钾氧化酸性铬兰K褪色的指示反应 ,确立了催化动力学测定铬 (VI)的新方法。该法检出极限为 7.79× 10 -6g·L-1,测定线性范围 0 ~8.0 μg/5 0mLCr(VI) ,本法已用于电镀废水中铬 (VI)的测定。

Environment will be seriously polluted if nickel containing electroplation wastewater is discharged directly. A new technology, treating nickel containing electroplation wastewater by sodium hydroxide membrane filtration is introduced. And main technical parameters were decided. The technology has some advantages, such as recovery of high pure NiSO 4, the effluent will meet the requirement of wastewater synthetic discharge standard.

介绍了氢氧化钠—膜过滤法处理含镍电镀废液新工艺 ,并确定了主要的技术参数。该工艺具有回收 Ni SO4 纯度高 ,出水 Ni2 +可实现稳定达标排放等优点
