The highest yield of Spirulina biomass was obtained at lg dry wt. / 1 after 2 weeks, the concentration of chlorophylla was high up to 3. 56mg/L, meanwhile total sugar removal and total COD removal from medium were obtained at 81. 0% and 74. 3% respectively. It was identified from experiments that the physiological activity of Spirulina in 50% diluted wastewater was very sindlar with that of in 100% Zarrouk medium.

In order to raise biodegradation value of coke -plant wastewater, a strain CN3d existing in naphthalene was isolated from the activated sludge acclimated with mixed organic compounds. For naphthalene, pyrid ine, phenanthrene and pyrene, the degradation value reached 93 0%, 90 0%, 99 0% and 72 5% respectively. Degradation value of pure CN3d to coke-plant wastew ater is 33.6% and that of reformative sludge in which CN3d is thrown in is 51.8% . Experiment shows that CN3d is potential i n degrading coke-plant wastewater, and improvement of degrading condition will raise the biodegradation value.

为了提高焦化废水的生物降解率 ,以萘为惟一碳源分离出 1株细菌CN3d .降解萘、吡啶、菲、芘时 ,其降解率分别达到 93 0 %、90 0 %、99 0 %和 72 5 % .纯培养的CN3d对焦化废水的降解率为 33 6 % ,将其投加于活性污泥 ,降解率达到 5 1 8% .鉴定CN3d为黄杆菌属 (Flavobacterium ) .将葡萄糖和FeCl3加入改良污泥 ,焦化废水的最大降解率达到 5 5 0 % ,这时若将焦化废水稀释至原浓度的 1/2 ,降解率可达 70 2 % .试验结果证明 ,CN3d对焦化废水有降解潜力 ,改善降解条件有利于提高投菌法的降解率 .
